Business:
To develop an e-commerce channel for the company's product
line, and integrate the new channel with the existing customer
service department.
Technical:
Design and develop an e-commerce enterprise architecture and
infrastructure, and integrate it with the existing call center
applications. The customer did not possess the in-house expertise
to build an object-oriented, N-tier distributed client-server,
component based architecture from scratch.
